For Duelists that like to live dangerously, a new Field Spell Card gives you a chance to Special Summon a random Cyberse-Type Link Monster directly from your Extra Deck without having to Link Summon or use any monsters as materials
Up to 5 cards can be chosen, with the caveat of lessening the chance of getting the actual needed card the more cards selected
Obviously, the color had a huge inherent disadvantage, both in Limited (where it only existed in 1 out of the 3 packs) and Constructed (where it would have fewer cards than the other colors and no dual lands), so we looked at this as a chance to print and/or reprint powerful cards that would excite people and give them a reason to try it out
